Brooke over at Covered in Grace prompted everyone to reflect on their bloggy year and share favorite posts from 2012. This got me to thinking... Look how far we have come in 2012!!
We weren't even a blog in January!! Yet, looking back, God had this blog in the works since July of 2007. Honest. There are posts dating that far back, unpublished but there. Back then, this blog was titled "Path Back" and was an incredibly private and unpublished journal.
We published our first post on Upward Not Inward in February of 2012! Our testimonies were published that month. Did you know if you clicked on our pictures in the sidebar, you will find both of our testimonies? Here is one of my faves from February:
March was not a steadily published month for us, but looking back I remember studying Romans pretty hardcore. Loooooove Romans!! Here are a few Romans posts in March:
April, the month that sealed the deal that this blog was going to be a permanent thing. We took part in the A-Z Challenge the entire month of April. AND, this is when Laura hopped on board with her first post:
The A-Z Challenge was a blast. Each letter of the alphabet was challenging, yet exciting all at the same time. The post that meant the most to me was {R}omans:
I remember going to a bloggers event at the end of April and when asked what kind of blogger I was, I did not know how to respond. I just remember saying, "I blog about Jesus." Not a fashion blogger. Not a food blogger. Could you call me a lifestyle blogger? Now, I know I could have said a "faith blogger." Regardless, that event spurred this post defining the purpose of the blog in May:

So many great June posts, this one though I needed to re-read. That's good stuff!
